Saturday, July 15, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Morning workshop on the basics of systems thinking as applied to food systems, followed by breakout sessions on critical issues, local and regional efforts, special interest topics and more.

A systems approach enables us to appreciate complex systems and transcend multiple disciplines to establish and effect strategic efforts for sustainability.

Food Systems
Food systems connect producers and consumers, schools and farms, retailers and manufacturers, urban and rural planners, and others through food production, distribution and consumption.
